0015 Apartment 301

This project acted as a test-bed for a warmer, more human materiality, combined with a BOHO design language. The owner opted to completely overhaul the apartment and add his personal touch, transforming it into a contemporary residence.

From a technical standpoint, the internal brick walls have been substituted with drywalls featuring improved thermal performance and soundproofing. BIM Level 2 standards have been used for the projects requirements which streamlined the drawing information exchange and construction process with the contractors. The drawing package resulted to a 55-page design report. All structural, mechanical and electrical systems have been carefully coordinated to achieve a high-end result.
