CONCEPT DESIGN

This the where the project begins. We listen carefully to all your needs, ideas and goals. Then we work together to bring your ideas to life.

PLANNING CONSULTATION AND SUBMISSION

We work closely with local authorities to make sure that the project is fully designed within regulations. We submit all the necessary information packages to the Planning Department to get the required Planning and Building Approvals.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

We develop your project and coordinate the information with the selected team of Consultants. We further help determine the preliminary costs and budgeting for the project.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

We continue the design development phase to draft drawings and specifications. These construction documents are used to solicit bids from the various contractors that will be required to build the project.

BIDDING AND NEGOTIATION

We can advise on the choice of contractor by evaluating competitive bids. We can also assist in the preparation of the contract between the client and the contractor.

CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISION

We conduct on-site visits to help determine if construction is proceeding as per specification. We review against the construction documentation and specifications and advise if workmanship meets our acceptable standards.
